You may provide information to us when you request a Solutions Call, complete a contact form, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, company or team name, role, team size, business details, and any other information you choose to share.
When you complete an assessment, we may also collect your assessment responses, scores, results, and related business information.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Information collected automatically may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and other usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We may also receive information from third-party platforms, analytics providers, advertising networks, and service providers that help us operate and improve our Services.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for business and operational purposes, including to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services and website;
- Respond to inquiries, schedule Solutions Calls or other requested appointments, and communicate with you;
- Generate and deliver assessment results, provide relevant recommendations and follow-up, improve our assessments, and help determine whether PROFYTZ advisory services may be appropriate;
- Send administrative information, updates, marketing communications, and other information that may be of interest to you;
- Process transactions, manage accounts, and fulfill requests;
- Analyze usage trends, monitor the effectiveness of our Services, and develop new features;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, security incidents, or other prohibited activities;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

PROFYTZ does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share certain information with advertising and analytics partners to help us market our Services, which may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws.
You may opt out of targeted advertising or the sale/sharing of personal information by adjusting your cookie preferences through our cookie banner or by contacting us using the information in Section 21.
This does not include mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
15. International Users
If you access our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

16. SMS Messaging and Mobile Information
When you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications from Profytz, we may send you text messages related to your inquiries, appointments, consultations, requested services, service updates, and, when separately authorized by you, marketing or promotional communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact Connect@Profytz.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers that support our services, such as customer service providers, is permitted when necessary to provide those services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
17. Email Communications
We may send you transactional, administrative, and promotional emails. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us using the information in Section 21.
Even if you opt out of promotional emails, we may still send you transactional or administrative emails related to your account or use of our Services.
We comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, and honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Services we offer.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because no uniform standard has been adopted. However, you may manage your tracking preferences through your browser settings or our cookie banner.
